Um...you forgot to mention rude sales staff and overpriced on almost everything. Then there's the fact that Trade Up Music has two Portland locations...and there's even Guitar Center...and Old Town. Sure, Apple is big. But my five experiences there have been negative. Just to be detailed, I was promised a ride cymbal at the marked discount price and told to come back the next day when their used/trade staff was on hand. When I arrived to get the cymbal, I was told "Oh, whoever made this deal with you yesterday was wrong...the cymbal is really priced at XXX dollars. We can't help you." That was such a cool experience! Thanks.
